Monel k500 sheet is a nickel-copper alloy with a nickel content of at least 63% and a copper content of at least 28%. Alloy k500 has a very high melting point of 1350 degrees Celsius and is suitable for high temperature applications. Monel k500 material is highly machinable and also has a strong resistance to oxidation, stress cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion attack. Our suppliers can provide ASME SB127 UNS N05500 hot-rolled and cold-rolled sheets. As well as thicker sheets and thinner sheets as well as coils and strips.
